“COACHES MESSAGE”

All sessions will be conducted in small groups ensuring that all players get the attention they need. Individualized attention will be key to maximizing the success of each player in their development as an athlete. This program will not only focus on velocity/arm strength/health, but will also heavily focus on increasing pitch-ability. It is more than just a velocity program – we are going to develop arm strength in addition to the ability to pitch in-game. Overall strength and athleticism will be developed through our lifting/medicine ball routine/conditioning program. We will include concepts such as pitch development and design as well as other aspects of understanding the art of pitching and being successful when you step on the mound. This program can be tailored to position players that are looking to improve their throwing movement quality, position specific throwing arm strength as well as improve in-season durability and recovery from game to game. Everyone can benefit from a program like this – don’t miss out on your opportunity to take your game to the next level!
